The GunnelCore™ System is the adjustable mounting platform behind all CORE SERIES racks. Select the backframe option that best matches your boat’s storage pocket or gunwale style.

Standard 34mm Backframe
Suits most boats with flat or near-flat storage pockets up to approximately 32mm thick.

SLR / Lowrider Backframe (25mm)
Designed for shallower or angled pockets. Allows the rack to sit lower for improved rod support and stability.

Hybrid Backframe
Engineered for deeper or bulb-shaped pockets. Uses protective padding to lock securely into the pocket shape for a firm, rattle-free fit.
If you change boats, the rack body remains the same — simply update the backframe to suit.
