This protection extends to our proprietary product systems and branding, including but not limited to:

  • GunnelCore™
  • DeckLine™
  • Rod Protection System (RPS™)
  • Rack Lock™
  • Adaptive Base Protector™
  • Game Wedge Stabiliser™
  • Product designs, mounting systems and installation concepts developed by Ultimate Rod Racks NZ.

The absence of a trade mark symbol (™ or ®) beside any product name, feature or technology does not constitute a waiver of any intellectual property rights owned by Ultimate Rod Racks NZ.

Except where permitted by law, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, manufacture from, or create derivative works based on any part of this website or our products without our prior written consent.

Our products are designed and manufactured in New Zealand, and we actively protect the originality of our designs and intellectual property. Any unauthorised commercial use, reproduction or imitation of our products, branding or website content may result in legal action.

Ultimate Rod Racks NZ designs and manufactures premium fishing rod storage systems and marine accessories. Product availability may vary, and some products are manufactured in limited quantities or made to order.

However, due to differences in screen settings, lighting and manufacturing processes, actual colours and finishes may vary slightly from those displayed on your device.

Many of our products are designed to suit specific boat makes, models or mounting configurations. While we provide compatibility information and recommendations in good faith, customers are responsible for ensuring the selected product is suitable for their particular boat and application. If you are unsure, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring mounting surfaces are structurally suitable and capable of supporting the intended installation.

All returns, exchanges and warranty claims are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy and your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Where a manufacturing defect exists, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with our warranty commitments and applicable New Zealand consumer law.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Ultimate Rod Racks NZ products are manufactured using quality marine-grade materials and are built to provide years of reliable service.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your proof of purchase and photographs of the issue.

Where a genuine manufacturing defect exists, we will repair, replace or otherwise remedy the product in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and our Returns & Refunds Policy.
