Everyman boats have earned a reputation for practical layouts, honest design and serious fishability.
Many models feature straight, lower-profile storage pockets that are ideally suited to the Silverback Low Rider (SLR) System.
Rather than adapting a universal rod rack, Ultimate Rod Racks uses the modular GunnelCore™ System to configure the correct mounting solution for your boat, delivering a clean, professional installation that feels like it belongs there.
The dedicated SLR Backframe has been developed to maximise the available depth within these lower-profile pockets, allowing the rack to sit as low as practical while maintaining excellent rod support and a secure Mechanical Friction Fit™.
The result is a clean installation, improved rod support and the flexibility to adapt as Everyman models continue to evolve.
Silverback Low Rider (SLR) System
The Silverback Low Rider (SLR) has been purpose-engineered to suit the straight, lower-profile storage pockets commonly found throughout the Everyman range.
Built around the adjustable GunnelCore™ System, the SLR creates a secure Mechanical Friction Fit™ by combining the natural geometry of the storage pocket with the correctly sized SLR backframe and premium marine-grade EVA padding.
The result is a firm, rattle-free installation without drilling or permanently modifying your boat.
Because the SLR remains fully adjustable, the rack can be positioned as low as practical within the storage pocket, improving rod support, accessibility and overall cockpit ergonomics while maintaining a clean, factory-style appearance.
The same GunnelCore™ mounting architecture also supports our Game Series rod racks, allowing Everyman owners to upgrade from everyday fishing setups to heavier offshore or game-fishing applications while retaining the same proven mounting platform.
Most Everyman models feature storage pockets with upstands greater than 50mm, providing excellent support for the SLR System. For boats with storage pockets under 50mm high, an optional SLR Stabiliser Support Bracket can be fitted to prevent the rack from swinging beneath the pocket, providing additional stability while maintaining the same secure Mechanical Friction Fit™ and clean, low-profile installation.
For owners wanting a factory-style appearance, an optional powder-coated backframe is also available.

Will it fit my Everyman?
Most Everyman boats featuring suitable straight storage pockets can be accommodated. Simply provide your exact boat model and we'll configure the correct SLR System for your boat.
Do I need to drill holes?
No. The GunnelCore™ System creates a secure Mechanical Friction Fit™ using your existing storage pockets. No drilling or permanent modification is required.
Can I upgrade to a Game Series rack later?
Yes. One of the advantages of the GunnelCore™ System is that the same mounting platform supports both Core Series and selected Game Series rod racks, allowing your system to evolve with your fishing.
Can I move the rack to another boat?
In many cases, yes. The modular GunnelCore™ System allows the backframe to be changed to suit another compatible boat.
